Flyers Help Out SPCA |

As you know, Christmas is a time of giving. Of reaching out to others and making sure that no one is forgotten. This past holiday season, the Dieppe Flyers decided to reach out to the local SPCA and do what they could for the animals there without homes and loving families to care for them. In the weeks leading up to Christmas, the Flyers reached out to the community and held a drive to collect items and monetary donations for the cause. We donated all proceeds of our 50/50 draws from two December home games to the SPCA. On December 21st, some of our team members took all collected items to present to them. We had a truck load of items for the homeless animals and presented a cheque for $500 to the greater Moncton SPCA. The Flyers appreciate the generosity of all those who contributed to their effort, and want to thank everyone, especially the KV Kings and Prince County Warriors, parents, families and friends.
